年轻的利记sbo Liberty Partnerships Program (YSLPP) is a multi-year collaborative project, established in 1993 with 利记sbo and the Utica City School District (UCSD). Students in the 年轻的利记sbo LPP participate in a comprehensive program providing academic, 社会 文化丰富. It is the intent of the 年轻的利记sbo LPP to help students achieve academic success by maintaining an A or B average, earning a 纽约 State Regents Diploma with the Advanced Designation and enrolling in post-secondary education. The 年轻的利记sbo LPP also seeks to develop students' personal characteristics, making strong individuals who are invested in their community. 年轻的利记sbo LPP will strive to meet the needs of our students and families. 年轻的利记sbo LPP will continue to be a showcase program for 利记sbo and one of the premier programs for youth in the City of Utica.

历史
The 年轻的利记sbo Program was initiated in Utica, 纽约, by representatives from the Utica City School District and 利记sbo. Their goal was to address the problem that few minority students were graduating from T.R. Proctor High School in the early 1990s. This collaboration led to the creation of the 年轻的利记sbo Program.
After two years of developing and fine-tuning, the first cohort of 年轻的利记sbo students was selected. In the summer of 1993, these students attended enrichment classes at 利记sbo. During the 1994-95 school year, 年轻的利记sbo became part of the 纽约 State supported Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP).
NYSED has consistently recognized YSLPP as a positive contribution to the Utica City School District. 年轻的利记sbo students are representative of the diversity that makes Utica a great place to live and earn an education. Our students are involved in a variety of services and programming that helps to develop their college and career readiness skills. 年轻的利记sbo will be competitive and successful in the world of the future.
